I totally agree with you Puneet

Most of the webmasters do not care much about PR but still its a important factor though

my new site got PR 3 in this update as it was very new for this PR update but still its a good one.

But from last few updates i hv seen many valuable sites are getting penalised for their PR even if they are Quality maintained …

As u said .. “100 websites with a pagerank of 1 gives less “power” than 1 website with a Pagerank of 4 or 5. So, quality does mater.”

Does PR still matter so much ? or the quality of the page wer our link is placed ?

Selling links will get your PR slapped, according to a lot of places I’ve seen. PR is valuable for getting your site to float to the top. But my site has no PR so far — hasn’t been around long enough. People still find me on search engines though!

Yes, I can see your perspective on it. That is definitely a viable option. Reused content can be used to clarify subjects or just bring an audience back to a peculiar subject.

I know in weightlifting, with all the new research and such, some people still rely on old routines from the day to get them in shape and bulked up.
